Tim is the Co-Founder and President of South End Realty Group. He has been a top South End real estate broker for close to two decades, facilitating thousands of transactions, leading to the Wall Street Journal ranking Tim 199th nationally for transaction sides in 2013. His specialties include all aspects of sales, leasing, and investment; specifically investment acquisitions and development. Tim enjoys getting involved in new real estate projects in any capacity, whether it is in sales, development, design or marketing.
He began his career at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in 1997 where he helped facilitate commercial real estate negotiations with some of the largest property owners in the Boston area. Later in his career at Greater Boston Properties (GBP), Tim was the top revenue producing sales/leasing agent. From 2004 to 2005, Tim was promoted to the sales manager at GBP, generating its greatest revenue producing year on record. In June 2008, Tim joined the Keller Williams team. He won the KW Silver Medal putting him in the top 2% of revenue earned for all agents in Keller Williams Boston Metro's South End office.
Tim holds the titles of Realtor, GBREB, and Exclusive Broker to the Local SEIU 1199, Greater Boston Health Care workers for Boston Medical Center and Saint Elizabeth's Hospital. His other accomplishments include being the 2009 Silver Medal winner, brokering over 700 leasehold agreements and facilitating several top tier investment acquisitions. He is also a graduate of the prominent real estate program BOLD.
Tim is a graduate of prestigious Providence College and is married to Amy Zouranjian. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, golf, literature and team sports. He has resided in Boston's South End for close to 15 years.
